Hi everyone, just picked one of my 5 mini cabbages and they are lovely! I am new at gardening so I am pleased that they even grew. To keep the slugs off I boiled up a brew of chopped chillies, garlic chopped and some chrysanthymum flowers strained the brew and applied it to the leaves of the cabbages as they grew. I did this about once every 2 weeks. They are slug free. I was told this by a friend at the northey street farm in brisbane and am pleased it works. Maybe will help someone. regards di
