It's just a place where people recycle anything and everything.

This website is such a great idea, I'm really interested in what other gardeners are growing and how they go about it.
I'm new to this climate, and country, but I've been a keen gardener for a long time.
I've also been inspired by Linda Woodrow and Jenny Allen as I've heard others here have been.
I'd love to turn my front yard into a food forest, like others have mentioned, I could use all the advice I can get. My front yard has very little good top soil, over clay. I've put in a few trees, but I'm already questioning there location.
I'd love to know where others are getting their seeds and trees. So far I've found Diggers club, Greenpatch, and Daley's fruit and Nut trees. I'd love to exchange seeds with other homegrowers.
I have a winter garden at the moment that is producing broccoli, silverbeet, lettuce, Lacinato kale, parsnips, carrots, cabbage, Meyer lemons, and all of the herbs...
soon more peas, beans, and beets....
My veggie patch is in my back yard and the soil back there is great, black and wormy. I've just incorporated compost and I've been lucky.
I'd also like to get some chooks. I'd pobably use a portable pin and I'm trying to decide between Australorps or Japanese bantams. Hens only, for recycling, turning beds over, eggs, and poo.
I'll put up some pics when I can, and I'd love all of your advice.
Cheers
