Hi Jane,

In response to the question about rosella seeds: Absolutely! I have rosella seeds and lots of them. I can send you about 80 seeds no sweat. If you get 1 of those to grow into a nice plant, it will contain hundreds more seeds. Rosellas seem to be the only plant I can grow well at the moment :)

I posted some pics of my plants and harvesting them here:

not safe for dialup but better pics: http://www.seedtherevolution.com/pages/?page_id=45

I would love some climbing bean seeds, thankyou.

My email address is hew_r3@yahoo.com, if you send me an email or a message, I can send you my postal address.

Regards,

Hew

Hi Jane,
Hope u are both well out there, sorry I havent been in here for a while. I think the crows got bored and moved on. The yesterday today and tomorrow all took eventually, i have as yet only planted one out. the others are bigger so took longer to take, so i will leave them a lil longer. Something ate the tomatoes i planted outside the greenhouse and also the peas, for some reason 1 pea got missed and its growing nicely. All the vegies i planted in the greenhouse went well to a certain stage then just died off.. i know the reason is because i should have planted them in the ground outside somewhere but the stuff i did plant outside got eaten, so i guess its not meant to be. The lettuce went beautifully then just went to seed... the chooks will love em, Eggs are doing ok, still 10 chooks.. 1 day i will 4 or 5 the next 6 or 7 and then maybe 3 the next day..im ending up with a small surplus of about a dozen once a fortnight, so if u r this way u are welcome to them.

Hi Jane. Nice to hear from you. Having some problems with the crows but still getting enuff eggs.. i am about to hangs some cds down in the chook pen, to see if that will help. I am still nurtering the yesterday today and tomorrow. so far only 1 seems to be growing. I have done heaps of gardening since last u were here and everythng is looking good. I have planted the peas outside of the greenhouse on a trellis and some of the tomatoes too. I have the orchid that u would like in the greenhouse waiting for Kieth to split it for me. Anyway, do call in on your next trip.

hey Jane, It was fun meeting up, always nice to put a face to the name. Thanks i am rather proud of my eggs, anyone would think that i laid them myself lol. I cut a pumpkin last night for a roast And it was delicious, and the oranges were nice too, we used the limes on fish n chips tonight and i havent used the greens yet, tomorrow night. The chooks enjoyed the cauli leaves. Dont forget to call in if u come my way, even if just for a quick cuppa.

I just planted some rosemary seeds, but im not hopeful. they are in the greenhouse but i believe they need a high temp to germinate, heres hoping!! cheers Kaz

HI Jane, Your gardens are looking good.. I am not growing anything at the moment , cept my chooks and 1 lonesome passionfruit. I do like to grow things tho, Im passing thru Benaraby lots these days, on my way down to Brissie a fair bit to visit parents. Im guessing with all that room out there u probably have chooks, but if u dont u could let me know and maybe we could do a bit of a swap. Morning T perhaps one day?.. Cheers! Kaz

I'm sorry, I didn't make it to the fair. Life just got really busy all of a sudden. I'll definately drop you a line when I have extras, I'm hoping to get on top things and head back out into the garden soon.

I do work during the week but Tuesday to Thursday I finish early in the morning. My garden currently doesn't have a glut of anything as I've only really just started planting things, but it would be nice to meet you. I'm looking at having a stall at the Benaraby School Fair if you were perhaps thinking of going there you'll find me.
